We’ve compiled some useful information to make your time at the event even more enjoyable so please take a couple of minutes to read through the below:
Tickets
If you have e-tickets, please remember to save them to your wallet to avoid issues at the gates trying to download your tickets.
The box office will be located at the Jack White Gate and will be open from 3:30pm on the event day.
General Admission Tickets
Please review your tickets for instructions on your designated gate for entry.
Gold Circle Tickets
Please use the Gold Circle Entry Lane located at the Jack White Gate. (Letter B on the site map)
Accessible Customers

We operate a no re-entry policy.

When exiting the arena, please use the Jack White Gate/ Museum Gate or Brian Rose Gate.
Age Restrictions
We advise that the event may not be suitable for young children, especially those under 2yrs of age. However, if you do arrive with a non-ticketed child under 2yrs old, please report to the box office where an attendant will provide a complementary ticket. All children 3yrs and older will need to have a purchased ticket. Buggies and necessary care bags will be permitted, but please be advised that additional security checks may take place.
General FAQS
- We can rely on the British weather to be unpredictable so please come prepared with sun-cream and hats if the weather is good and waterproof coats and shoes if the weather is bad! No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Umbrellas are not permitted.
- Food and drink is not permitted in the arena (with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers).
- We will not allow large bags into the arena, but you will be permitted to take small bags in with you. We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm.
- No banners, flags or laser pens are permitted.
- Animals, with the exception of registered assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Event.
- The unauthorised use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated, and any tapes or films destroyed.
- This event has been deemed not recommended for those under the age of 2 years old.
How to get to The Cooper Associates County Ground:
By Road: At Junction 25, take the A358 Exit to Taunton/ Yeovil. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit (south) or 3rd exit (north) onto the A358 heading to Taunton/ A38/ Minehead, continuing straight onto Toneway/ A358. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Priory Avenue and the Cooper Associates County Ground will be on your left.
By Rail: Taunton Train Station is a ten-minute walk from the Cooper Associates County Ground. As you leave the Station, turn left into Station Road, heading towards the Town Centre. Turn left onto Priory Bridge Road, and the Cooper Associates County Ground will be on your right.
By Bus: Taunton Bus Station is a five-minute walk from the Cooper Associates County Ground. As you leave the station, turn left onto Castle Green. Turn left at Fat Face and walk down to Debenhams before turning right into St James Street and the ground will appear on your left.
By Park & Ride: Taunton operate two park and ride services from either the Silk Mills (West – TA1 5AA) or Junction 25 (East – TA3 5LU) sites. The first double decker bus will depart at 4pm. These will drop off on Priory Bridge Road. At the end of the evening, first pick up will be 10:30pm.

- Glass items of any description
- Alcohol
- Food or drink except one unopened (500ml) plastic bottle of water/soft drink *
- Cans, cartons, rigid containers, cool boxes, hampers, rucksacks, large bags, holdalls
- Tables, chairs, and seats
- Shooting sticks or any similar item
- Fireworks, explosives, flares, flammable items/liquids
- Air horns/blow horns
- Own foodstuff (stewards may in certain conditions allow food – e.g. for medical conditions)
- All musical instruments including whistles.
- Gas Containers, naked flames, barbecues, stoves, candles
- Illegal drugs/substances including ‘Legal highs’, prohibited or unsafe items will be confiscated at the owner’s risk without liability to the promoter.
- Lasers or aerosols
- Animals, except those trained to assist the visually impaired.
- Professional camera equipment or visual recording equipment **
- Audio recording equipment
- Balls, frisbees or similar items
- Umbrellas, gazebos, windbreakers, tents & similar structures – ticket holders are advised to bring hooded waterproof clothing if necessary.
- Placards or banners on poles, unlicenced or counterfeit concert / artiste merchandise
- Smoking is NOT allowed in toilets, bars, marquees, food outlets or enclosed areas.
The Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying any other items or substances which may be deemed to be offensive, disruptive, dangerous or likely to infringe any party’s rights, safety or security, or any dangerous article or substance not referred to above.
Cashless Venue
Somerset Cricket Ground is a cashless venue. Vendors and the box office are accepting card and contactless payments only.
Car Parking
There is no car parking on site however there are public car parks situated in Taunton.
